RwandAir AIRBUS 330-200 LANDS IN KIGALI

Rwanda’s national carrier RwandAir, has finally acquired Airbus 330-200 to expand its flights across Africa, Asia and Europe. According to Rwanda Civil Aviation officials, the aircraft named “Ubumwe” with a capacity of 244 seats ranging from 20 business class, 21 premium and 203 economy class. The jet, nicknamed Ubumwe (unity), is the pride of RwandAir, a dream that has been realised, a dream that opens forth more, bigger dreams, leaving the sky as the limit. RwandAir currently operates a fleet of nine aircraft and is expecting to add four other new planes, including the A330-300. The second Airbus A330-300 is due for delivery in November 2016.

Their only weakness I trying to get more passenger numbers is that they charge for an actual seat booking , this will never get them to a position to be clever with airfares. Kenya and Ehtiopian are too far ahead and they allow seat bookings. Rwandair needs to rethink. Such a nice new product but such a small thinking airline.

I am sorry to ask this here but it's a method to improve the quality of work . Why do we run away from responsibility to refund the money after the payment of flight tickets and not travel for one reason or the other?

I would never take that company first the country is head of the French speaking world but the company offer services and announcements in English only even when it connects large French speaking country like Abidjan, Paris etc. Besides from what I have seen on youtube the food served is not appetizing to me. Besides the country's freedom score according to Freedom house (2022) is a mediocre 22 over 100 making it a total dictatorship. I will spend my hard earned money on a country that respect human rights and on a company that respects its customers.
