Where can I find release bearing in East London

Hi, I have a friend thats selling exedy stage 1 clutch but it doesnt have the bearing for it. Can i use my stock clutch bearing for it? for d16 civic

I was able to get the release bearing out fine but how do you get the ring out? Thanks.
