Runs unreal engine 5 games very good at 1440p.. I wouldnt buy anything weaker than this as new GPU for 1440p. I bough my self nice Power color rx 7800xt Hellhound for early christmas and i am impressed with it.. Hope 7800xt will come here for testing soon. They are overclocking monsters with low reference clocks and great coolers. Some go over 3ghz from reference 24x0 mhz , close to 4070ti perf. for 500$ its crazy..

For My opinion AFMF Amd Fluid Motion Frame aka Driver level frame gen is nice feature.. Its allow Frame Gen for Free without Waiting Dev to implented it on Game... Especialy to Old dx11 Games Im looking at you Skyrim SE with thousands of mods

To be honest this time I skipped most of the video because with owning a 7900XTX I am out of the loop for this video. Seconds, I don't care much of the most games tested as I'm playing MMORPGs and strategy games for the last 30 years (yes, I'm an old guy already). Just finished tweaking my 7800xt Hellhound and that thing runs over 2800mhz whole day with stock fan speeds and 55c with huge gains. If you get one tweak it agains 4070ti.

just use the performance one (not that it matters much) also, you can simply leave it at stock. too much voltage for static OC and you'll degrade the chip

So far I've done a few tests to see what it's capable of, max 5.45GHz at 1.26v, at 5.5GHz crash on cinebench R15 and R23, so I'm back down to 5.4GHz, max temperatures are around 80°C. I'm on a Gigabyte B650 Aorus Elite AX rev1.2. I haven't touched the load calibration, PBO etc. AMD and new for me I've always had intel procc, so I'm a bit lost with all these parameters. 😅😅

I just want to chime in that you should take a look at the news regarding users getting perma banned in Apex Legends and Counter Strike 2 while using AMD drivers that have Anti-Lag+ enabled. Considering your video has CS2 benchmarked, I wonder if you had it enabled and might get your account VAC'd. It's widespread enough that a lot of users are getting hit by it and if you can somehow test it and replicate it live. That would be sick and vindicate a lot of AMD GPU users.

Even though this is much appreciated I think benchmarks have been a thing of the past. You used to be able to test different hardware against each other. Now it's with/without magical fairy enhancements. Everyone has their own. Rebar? etc etc. I can't be arsed with all of that crap any more. Raster is king, case closed.

I only watched games I would consider playing. The GPU is a solid choice for 1440p single player games for sure. Obviously a potato will run CS2 or R6 Siege easy enough.

How come I am not getting any of these scores BY A LOT, and I am playing on 1080p, so I should be getting more right? I am paired with R5 5500 on B450m ds2h. Is it possible that the R5 5500 really hard bottlenecking or is it possible that I bought an opened version of the card of possible previous Owner who broke it? ( mainly tested at the Hunt Showdown as I am playing on lowest settings and only getting 110fps, forza is running fine, rdr2 is also fine, ready or not on EPIC is having stutters as hell tho.. )

29:00 - GTA V ONLINE 70% gpu load only, but far from the 180 fps software engine limit, any explanation you may find? 20:00 - Counter Strike 2 (Low), did you find lower than expected perfromance similar to 6750XT? without any major upgrade? old games may make 7700xt perfrom as 6700 xt and 7800xt like 6800 and this is one of the first most played games to show no driver optimization to new architecture...

depends on what you want. 7700X will have less issues with some games due to not having e-cores. And yes, you can always disable the E-Cores, but then you'll be having a 6c/12t, while with the 7700X you have 8c/16t...

7700XT providing less performance in raster and RT compared to a 4070 while using 50-60W more is crazy... hope AMD improves their efficiency for RDNA 4

I’m absolute not upset that 7 months ago I bought a Sapphire RX 6700 XT Pulse 09-20G for 37,999 ₽ (at the rate of 76 ₽ it was $500), since RX 7700 XT now starts at 60,999 ₽ for a simple Gigabyte (at the current rate of 97 ₽ that's $629!!!). For QHD RDR2 Ultra my card is enough for 60+ fps 🤠

I looked at your gaming testing results and noticed that in most cases, with a 100% load on the video card, its consumption on average remains within 240 Watts. My PowerColor Hellhound with settings min 3100/max 3200 MHz and 941 mV, with a load of 100% in 95% of cases consumes 280 Watts.

Anti-Lag+ is causing VAC bans in CS2. 23.10.1 got removed. I hope they will fix that problem.

@@AncientGameplays Valve's statement was something like: Anti-Lag/+ caused vac bans because it "modifies" the game DLL. Or something like that. However, I am sure that this is a problem with Anti-Lag+ because it needs direct access to the game code itself, allowing for better frame-syncing. That's pretty much how I understand Anti-Lag+ from AMD's presentation. So AMD devs and Valve devs should've known that this could be a possibility to get a VAC ban. I hope they will solve this one fast.

Hardware-Jesus Fabio, can you fly over to Germany and bless my finally finished dream pc build with holy thermal paste (B550 tomahawk, 5800x3D, 32GB Corsair Vengeance RGB RT @3600 C16, 6700XT eagle in a Fractal Torrent)? Interestingly enough, Igor from the German tech channel prefers this card over the 7800XT, especially when the price goes down, cause the 7800XT doesnt have as much to offer compared to a 4070 except for a little bit more non RT performance but for 91 more watts. The 7700XT seems more efficient and more in a niche spot for upgrading cause Nvidia doesnt have anything for it to compete with. So when prices drop it might even "sell better". The 7700XT just doesnt look as good when AMD put the prices so close together cause they wanna sell the 7800XT. So when prices drop, this one might be a great deal and people will jump on those benchmarks like me on Ancient gameplays uploads.. 🤓

judging by these results, this card is the minimum for new games at 1440p anything slower and you have to use upscaling and other compromises

I think the minimum for 1440p game sis having a 1440p display but mainly playing to new games is mainly limited by the gamer budget... because it's not cheap at all... 1440p 32" is the basic 2023 gaming experience but you may want to turn settings down and choose carefully old hardware without bottlenecks to have a PC natching the game console experience or making it better as it was in recent years... 7700xt is good gpu but it came to the market 1 year too late and in Europe or other regions the 325€ of 6750xt versus the 560€ of the 7700XT for a +50% at most in some optimized games and resolutions... uff, still hard to choose... on paper is almost the way to go... and way better than rx 7600, but price is...a very step entry point...

you won't gain anything there at all. Simply get better RAM as it improves the APUs performance since they use RAM as VRAM

Hello, Found a pre-build 7600x + 7700xt + Asus Prime B650-PLUS Gaming + DDR5 16 GB ram 5600MHZ + 750 wat PSU windows 11 pro for 1489 euro but is whort it to spend 170 euro more for 7800Xt same specs

Anti-lag+ and ant-cheat = ban this already happened with Counter-strike 2 many user reports seen 1 user report with apex legends, my recomendation do not enable anti-lag+ with games that have anti-cheat and hope it gets either white listed or implemented natively in game thru toggle.

@@AncientGameplays AMD needs to communicate as well i honestly hope AMD forces some change in this aspect, anti cheat should not ban people for driver features ever, its not like AMD provides you with aimbot or wallhack, altho they do need to communicate what anti-lag+ does with anti cheat developers im a little woried for the long run, but if AMD can gain more market share they may be able to force good change.
