Just the core/Flute Or complete assy ??Diameter or flute is diffrent AFAIK, not sure though. Give it a try if it fits, it won't harm the engine.

Afaik, rx100 did not had any grade issue, there was a single common grade for rx100. Rxg and 135 came with different grades, which needs to be matched before using

Sir meri yamaha gladiator bike me "MK" ki clutch plate dalne ke bad bike me 60 70 par hi vibration type a rha h.. Pahle 80 85 par bi smooth chalti ti lekin pichup kam hone ke karan cluch plate dalwana padi MK ki, original gladiator nam se nhi mil pa rhi ti rx100, crux wali mil rhi ti so.. But result bhut bekar rha. Kya karu sir please reply & guide me

Hi.Can you please share a solution for my problem? I see a few drops of oil like substance spilling out of my chain guard after I go for a ride and park it.I don't know is that the gearbox oil leaking from output shaft or something but it happens after every ride.I also see a smudge of oil on oil pump cover even I don't use autolube and I use premix for a long time but I don't know what is the problem.Please share a solution as my bike looks dirty and the oil from chain guard also spreads to wheel rim and spoil the look of the whole bike.

Hi.. You'll have to first find out where is it leaking from.on the left side it can leak from pushrod oil seal and gear shifter oilseal. To diagnose- -- open magnet cover -- clean the chainsproket( small) , oilseals are using diesel. -- wipe it clean and dry. -- Leave the bike like that for 6-10hours. Keep watching in mid time you'll find from where it's leaking.. -- if leaking from seal get it replaced.. if not..then some times the faulty drain bolt, RHS damaged packing oozes out oil which after flowing come to the left side. Repeat same process and find out.

I checked it.All the oil seals replaced recently with ars brand oil seals. I just changed the crankcase after rebuild with a used crankcase got from used spare parts market near me.My old crankcase has a loose crankbearing fitting and it is not that tight.Thats why I I changed it with another case but I think the oil seal housing is loose and oil is leaking from that. Can you suggest me a solution for loose crankbearing fitting and ways to solve it?

Aluminium welding and then polishing it to the desired size- only way . Or change casings.

I have one problem.......mere paas rx 135 4speed hai....jub mein bike chalatha hoo...bike rising jyada hoti hai...magar mujhe power loss feel hotha hai...aur mujhe lagtha hai ki rpm tho zyada hai but gaadi bhag nahi rahi hai......max pickup nahi millraha hai....aur 80 speed purr max jaa rahi hai...iska solution batou....mere bhai.....clutch plates sub new hai magar ...solve nahi huva hai

Sir ek doubt hai 2007 se meri bike 87 model rx100 mein clutch basket 135 ka hai performance wise jaisa aap bol rahe actually performace zyaada hai lekin ek problem hai gaadi jab flyovers se neeche utarti hai speed mein tab wo jhatke type khaati hai .mere mechanic ne ek 5speed ka magnet cover kholke dikhaya magnet ke upar ka extra weight (counter weight type 5 speed magnet ke upar) ye weight balance karta hai isliye thoda compromise karna padega kyunki mera magnet rx100 ka hai.kya ye logic sahi hai . Waise borekit bhi rx 135 5 speed ka hai gaadi mein kyunki uss time new bore Rs3250 ka available tha .kindly suggest

Ye downslope ya de-acceleration pe jhatka marne wala problm bahot sare wajjh se hota hai.. ek jo apka mechanic btaye., Dusra khrab reedvalve , 3rd hai piston play aur last incorrect carburetor / pilot jet . Kyu ki apki bike rx100 hai, to usme magnet rx 100 ka hi hona chaiye leki apne block hai 135 5 speed ka lgya hai ,isly hoskta hai ye 100 ka magnet counter balance NAHI kr pa rha hoga .

MOTO BHAIYA GOOD EVENING ..I INSTALLED 135 clutch SETUP WITH ITS PRESSURE SPRING, IN RX 💯. BIKE RUN WELL BUT CLUTCH LEVER IS HARD AS COMPARED TO RX 💯.. DO I KEEP THE RX 💯 SPRINGS IN 135 setup FOR SOFT CLUTCH LEVER OR WILL IT AFFECT THE PERFORMANCE... PERFORMANCE IS IMPORTANT.. 💖💖💖💖💖💖

Adust the push rod setting from the left side engine cover... you can find that video in Playlist.Clutch will become soft. Pressure springs isn't an issue.

kabhi kisi 4 stroke bike se mila ke dekhna..bahot bar meter khrab hota hai apna purana rx ka. wrna -tuning,jet ye sab ka chakkr hoga..
