Alright, lemme start listing off fun facts, starting with this one: In the beginning, Roxy is wearing a red dress as the opposite of blue, when she hates Megamind, a purple one when she's conflicted about him, and at the end a full on blue one when she's full on into him

@Gabriella Macieyowski In a true color wheel the opposite of red is cyan, orange is azure, and yellow is blue, but your really only see three colors: red, green, and blue. Red and blue are on opposite sides of the spectrum and as such, are often used to portray extremes.

In the beginning, when Megamind is ordering the laser to fire, if you pay really close attention, you see Metroman blip out for a second and show up behind Megamind, as foreshadowing for later when he's retelling the story about using his super speed to clear his head.

Megamind is one of my all-time favorites, they set so many things up early. For example, there's a glitch in Megamind's broadcast where you can actually see Metroman blink over to Megamind's screen (which he does during his introspection later). Also, the whole 'nice guy'/incel plot of Hal's delusion was a bit before its time, considering when the movie came out. Glad to see this film is getting some much-deserved attention recently! :D

Megaman is so underrated. I feel like it's rarely listed as one of the better or best animated films but it's so good. Also, every "Nice Guy" thinks Hal/Titan is the real victim in all this. lul

Actually, thinking about it now, Hal/Titan receiving superpowers due to a scientific chemical, feeling a big sense of entitlement for love and attention he believes he deserves, just because he's powerful enough to get away with anything he wants..... Yeah, the dude's is basically Homelander from The Boys.

@@connorbosley4431 I've heard it described as an anti-animated film because it doesn't followed the formula of what other animated films with talking animals do. Touching on extremely heavy topics like death and so on as well as being insanely detailed with envirments and characters. One of my favorite films.

7:25 To be fair, when Joker blew up the hospital, they legit blew up a building, but when Heath Ledger (Joker's Actor) pressed the button, nothing happened, and was hitting the button since they had one take to do this but when it did blow up, Heath was startled but rolled with it anyway

1 Incredibly underrated movie with an incredibly talented cast. 2 The most amazing epic unreal soundtrack of any movie ever. AC/DC, GnR, I mean, *chef's kiss. The How to train your dragon trilogy is amazing too, though.

there's a scene when megamind's coming up the idea of creating a new hero and he's talking with minion, he held a white half donut and started saying villain and a hero is like yin and yang just like that half donut he's holding but my point is that donut wasn't black and white (so the donut is not suiting on what he said it should be opposite color), it is all WHITE which symbolises him and metroman. metroman is a good hero or a person rather he did not kill megamind through the years just go to jail, unlike titan's desire when he learned about everything he wanna kill megamind badly. megamind truly also has a kind heart from the very start he's just an outcast when he's a kid that's why. the donut thing is just a small detail but it make sense.

So.... A quick note... My brother worked on this movie. Before it was released, all he would tell us, was who was in it and that he and his team were "working on clouds." Can you guess which clouds he was referring to? LOVE that you enjoyed the movie as much as he did working on it! I texted him to watch your reaction. He'll get a kick out of it....

That's the thing, nobody is really destined for anything, it's what you do with your talents. Also just because you can doesn't mean you have to, Metroman was the all powerful hero because he could but he never had a choice in the matter, and the only way he could ever be freed from that pressure was to never be again and disappear in the eyes of the world.

I love this movie so much. One of my favourite little bits is Roxanne's dress. At the start it's red, and once she gets to know Megamind better, she starts wearing purple and then finally blue.

I believe 'Megamind' is now a cult classic, much like 'Dark City'. These movies are indicative of their genera and were underrated and underappreciated in their time. At least in both cases, i saw them at the box office and gave my support.

You know what, if they ever make a sequel, I am down for Bernard to be the new villain. He does say "This is the WORST day of my life!" and it only takes one bad day...yes, I like this idea, have him constantly trying to expose Megamind as a fraud who hasn't ACTUALLY changed, and maybe even have Metroman show up at some point.

Hey, I'm a Megamind fan! Thank you! This movie is so underrated and unfairly compared to Despicable Me-- as in "not as successful as Despicable Me", which totally sucks. This was the better movie-- the character motivations are more believable, the character arc is more organic, the acting is better. I'm so glad you found it!

So many details in that movie for an example everytime Megamind use his device to change into someone else, his eyes keeps the same green color. That's how you know if it's him or not even as metroman.
