I really love the subtlety of his jokes like the I lie all the time, "like I really like your glasses", then keeps going without the other character figuring it out

And creative writing, or the ability to create some (good or bad) is such a wonderful gift to have, fully agree, kids (and people in general) should practice just a little an often and start to get into the flow and pull of creativity!
