I absolutely adore this album and would have loved to see them make more great music. I saw them live in 2009 in a tiny church venue. It was Amazing.

Omg I LOVE Ryan Gosling I had NO idea he had a band or that he even sung! Consider my mind absolutely blown! I definitely am going to be looking into the research of his band, these locations are awesome! Everything is so beautiful makes me wish near where I live had more beauty to it lol thus why I plan to travel in the future! I wonder why his band hasn't be promoted. He's so big in movies but almost unknown in the music industry. And he's been many years playing. He used to play once in a while in a few very popular Hollywood's restaurants.

I always loved this band and after listening to them for three years, only then did I discover it was Gosling's band. It blew my mind. The kids choir makes it 10x more spooky but oddly heartwarming. I think I got it as a free single back in the day, when songs on itunes were 0.99 cents!

Ryan Gosling is so good. He’s the best part of any movie or project he’s in. He stole the show in Barbie. He can sing, dance, act, do romantic dramas, musicals, dramas, rom coms and so on. Easily the best star to come out of the Disney machine. Thank you GLC. This was awesome.

The reason I stumbled upon Dead Man’s Bones was because they had a song, The Room Where You Sleep, featured in the original The Conjuring film!! When I discovered it was Ryan Gosling fronting I was shook!

I can honestly say, I never knew Ryan Gosling had a band In my small town, just 2 hours North of Toronto, Ontario, there is someone who lives here who is actually related to Ryan Gosling....cousins I don't really know him, but a close friend of mine does, and that's how I found out. They have a song called “in the room where you sleep “ in the conjuring movie. That is how I discovered them... I fell in love so much with that song that I went on a hunt to find it. Found the group, but I had no idea who Ryan Gossling really was. I had heard his name a couple times before but had no idea that was him til later😅. I’ll always know him as the other half of this duo and not the super famous celebrity in these big movies. . The whole album is such a unique piece of work. It’s got a vintage, dark melancholy vibe. I’ve wished for years now that they would have a comeback with a second one.

Another cool video! I love LA’s old art deco bridges, which are preserved to maintain their original style, especially the light fixtures (with efficient lighting)! The bridges are iconic to LA, and seen in numerous movies… especially the Colorado Street Bridge, and the 4th and 6th street viaducts, which were rebuilt so they don’t collapse like the I-14 Palmdale Freeway, when it buckled and fell across I-5, midway between Santa Clarita and San Fernando during the 1994 Northridge Quake (btw…please ask folks not to carve in that magnificent old oak tree. We like some beasts to live long lives)!! Happy Halloween 🎃
