With eyes watering you are at a at least a 50% disadvantage with vision, you start to think about a way out of the fight, actually... and then the other guy just starts teeing off. It has an incredible effect

LMAO What? He was brought in because he was supposed to be the toughest guy in the league! He is losing fights to guys OUTSIDE of the top 5! That's just embarrassing. Coming into the season, Reaves, Lucic, MacDermid, Johnston, & possibly Delauriers or Olivier. Reaves is losing to Xhekaj and Delauriers having draws with rookies like Rempe? That's just embarrassing when you factor in how Reaves can't even skate a regular shift without being a liability.

@@ericlencher2356 buddy he's been holding the heavyweight title for a long time now and no one has decisively taken it from him.desalaures is number one contender for his title. Wi-Fi literally pushed him backwards so he tripped over the net.

I would also like to add that Reaves is a spot picker and ducked out of fights with Lucic MULTIPLE times. And by the way, Delauriaers never beat Kurtis MacDermid in their 3 or 4 fights or Lucic! In Fact, Milan has DESTROYED MacDermid all 3 times, including a TKO in their last fight and is 1-0 with 1 sraw against Delauriers. So how are either of those 2 clowns ahead of Lucic? Milan is 4-0-1 against them combined!

@@marvincaribou3163 reaves has never held the heavyweight title? Mcgratten has beat him multiple times when mcgratten was in the NHL. Reaves has twice as many loses as he does wins lmfao. Reaves was never given the heavyweight belt. Only one who hasnt loat a fight this year ia deslauriers... he would have the heavyweight belt over reaves all day

@@citrusretna2088, fights are great but they should be sparked from the play. Sticking up for a teammate that is being targeted or maybe a team is running away with the game. Not just two guys negotiating when they’re going to fight just because.

Is it against the rules these days to remove their helmets? I remember a sign of respect in the past would be for both fighters to remove their helmets, too, in order to preserve their knuckles.

Reaves win about 90% of his fights . . . He loses about 5% and draws about 5% . . And that is a FAR better winning percentage than Probert ever had . . .He virtually NEVER takes unnecessary penalties and is smart enough to almost never draw the instigator . . . . He has a clearly defined role on the ice and he carries out and executes that role almost as well as anyone in the NHL carries out their role. And yet the armchair critiques on social media trash him.

@@Polentaccio Probert got to play on the same line as Yzerman. That basically quadrupled his point production compared to what it would have been playing on a 4th line checking line like Reaves does. Put Reaves on a line with Marner and Matthews and he goes from being a 5 goal scorer to a 20 goal-scorer -- while remaining the heavy weight champ.

If I want to watch a fight I will watch MMA. Pre agreed upon fights are LAME. The fighting should be only because your teammate got rocked or keeps getting roughed up. All this "good fight man" "yeah, you too" is weak. If you are fighting its because you are pissed off and want to defend your teammates and hate the other guy.

🤔 Well if you look at the stats this year there pretty equal, but career wise Reaves is twice as good. Both are a good addition at that price to any team.
