Not all. Why do you think those two guys @ 5:07 shouted to Vhong and Ryan's faces saying "Boom! Like That!"? They must have thought they are annoying, noisy, irritating Chinese tourists. And that waitress @ 0:46, gave three soups to Ryan, when he asked "What's the best food to eat...?" there. I doubt she wasn't aware she gave three soups. People should try their best not to make themselves look stupid or not knowledgeable, or people will take advantage on that and make fun of you, pick on you or trick you. Just saying. No offense.
