************ who wants to live in a place... where each floor is a small closed-off shoebox where you have to walk 7 flights of stairs or take an elevator each time to get to the next shoebox where there are dozens of widows in buildings across the street to see you in each Shoebox where someone can smash a window and stroll on in at any time where you buy a 175k electric car only to drive it in 30-foot increments to then stop and wait 3 minutes before driving another 30 feet to do it all over again. where the largest migrant crisis in United States history is taking place at your doorstep where you can't walk the streets in daylight without looking over your shoulder Only a salesman as good as Ryan S. could have the gall to ignore all these issues and tell you this is the best place he has ever seen and tell you to write a check for 20 million dollars while at the same time ignoring all the negatives and still perhaps closing this.

Another fail! Do no...repeat DO NOT compare this to a European homely feel. There's NO selling this to us! The "garage" is ridiculous and will always be blocked! There's no views, the "private" garden has at least 50 windows staring into it from above! Its cold and impossible to heat it adequately! And the entrance is like an office!

Nice house but certainly not very well presented. The cameraman is so in love with Ryan that he focuses on him instead of showing us the house. For example, Ryan will say: "Look at this marvelous staircase...", but the camera will never show us the staircase. Instead, the cameraman will focus on Ryan.

Minetta Lane is a cozy little "off the beaten path" street in the west village, been there many times as a shortcut. one block up, you got 6th avenue and bleecker street with all the frat kids bar-hopping. that 'hood has been losing its "charm" for years now :/

I think the decor in the large room which looks like a fancy hotel room could have had white instead of that wood, based on the flooring as well as the television should be in front of the couch how would one watch that tv. As well as the space is very narrow but long it is beautiful nonetheless. The shower isn’t ideal either as one would have to hold it in order to shower. Expensive materials made to look very fancy I just feel could have been done a little better. Nearly 20 million dollars hmmm…. Showing the inside of the closets was something I was hoping to see. Wasn’t blown away.
