They really should do seasons for WWE. They have so many people signed and they can’t use them all. Take group A and put them on the road for X amount of time. End that season and put the next group on tv. While A is healing/resting, use them for your tv shows, media appearances, documentaries, and so on.

You should do a thing where people donate to a cause of yours you sponsor or just like the work the do. the winner gets to change out with you. they have to pay for the ticket to get to you of course. the winner gets to hang out with you for 1 full day. starts early in the morning. and that man or woman gets to live a day in the life of Ryback. they get to eat like you and work out and train at the gym like how you would and all that. idk just a unique cool idea.

This is why AEW is better. I feel like so far everyone has there moments to shine. Every match feels like a main even match compared to wwe where it's dead and people boo during main events and toss around beach balls.

Rybak this was a very interesting story and definitely an eye-opener. Have any wrestlers ever thought about starting their own wrestling program and or possible union something like Jesse Ventura was trying to do ? And you are totally correct it doesn't matter if the persons race or gender every body has a breaking point and they need time to recover. I personally have been working for the same company doing heating and air-conditioning which is very demanding on the body for the stuff that I do. I have no sick days nor do I have any vacation days we simply get no pay if we call off. If I had my own company I definitely would change stuff up to make my employees happy because I feel when employee is happy they will work productively and saver
