Here we go again…arm is to spec mate truck is still under warranty. And for your information revving/putting cruise control on it does speed the packer up at least 3-4 seconds each cycle. If you don’t like why watch others ? Just keep your negativity to yourself, thanks.

However you still operate like an amature, which is disappointing given your supposed passion for the job. Don't come the raw prawn with me about operating, when your not prepared to do the self work to improve yourself. You say its in warranty, which is already voided by your ridiculous revving, which the computer will show. You say the arm is in spec, but it's going at about 1.5 seconds a cycle instead of 2.5 seconds a cycle. Not to mention the general lack of finesse with the equipment you are in charge of. This is clearly displayed by you pervasive refusal to take constructive criticism on board and change you ways. Lifters don't jump and jolt like that unless the : -pressure and/ or speed is to high -the operator is inept on the controls -or there is an electrical or mechanical fault. Your operating is that deplorable I have even considered taking a working holiday to NSW to show you and other "children" that to go fast is to go slow- to go slow is to go fast. But no, I'm the "negative one" for giving constructive criticism to help others be the best they can be, thus making it an operators world again instead or steering wheel attendants.

Only revving I heard was partway through and I’m guessing it was to clear a blocked hopper or because the truck was filling up. I sometimes have to do the same if the idle revs don’t push everything through but it’s rare. As to rush mentality I don’t know about Ryde but in the contract I do some of my runs have 2200+ bins on them and parked in streets everywhere that we barely fit through so if you’re not going fast when you get the chance you won’t finish. But yes as my trainer told me, sometimes if you slow down you go faster. This driver seemed pretty good though

@@nankervisj Thanks for the comment mate. You understand it, we don’t do the revving up all the time just when you fill up or picking up units or bins full of light material close together. Each contract/truck has different aspects and conditions that us as operators adapt too and we work our trucks accordingly. Don’t worry about the negativity from the other bloke, if only we could be as perfect as him, one day i might get it right haha.
