In this video, I went to a Michelin Bib Gourmand noodle house called Yangboying Za Jiang Mian (杨伯英传统杂酱面) in Chengdu, Sichuan, China. It serves noodles with all kinds of different toppings from many classic Sichuan dishes. This, in my opinion, is the best noodle in Chengdu and has the potential to go for a street food tier Michelin One Star.

Su Jiao (vegan chili, I finally explained why it's called vegan when there's pork in it)
Shuang Cui (double crisps, chicken gizzard two parts)
Gan Lan (smother open lid meat slices)
Hui Guo Rou (double-cooked pork)
Hu La Cui Shao (burn chili crispy pork floss)
Suan La Gua Mian (sour-spicy hanging noodles)
