Hi Ryley i'm 54 years old probably your oldest fan 😂 so here are my tips for your sleeping problem... 1. Have a bedtime routine (read a book, warm bath, relaxation techniques) 2. No screen of any type at least one hour before bed. 3. Good sleep environnement (cool, dark, quiet room. Use eye mask or earplugs). 4. Avoid eating sugar, chocolate, nicotine, cafeine after <a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="1140">19:00</a>. 5. Do exercise at least one hour a day better if after <a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="1080">18:00</a>. 6. Take at least one hour of natural light in day time. 7. Avoid naps. 8. Have a healthy regime at least for the last meal before bed. Good luck and thanks for the videos, i learned to play log bait because of you.... 🤟

Taking a nap is actually so healthy and help you do whatever you want want to do in your day. Take one hour like from 13:00 and your day will be easier

Had a similar problem with sleep. Try avoid melatonin, your body can become reliant on it and then when you stop using it your body can’t produce enough natural melatonin to get you asleep. Main ways to improve sleep are 1. Regularity- getting up and going to bed same time every day. 2. Get sunlight in the morning (preferably as soon as you wake up) with will give you a surge of serotonin in the morning and thus improves melatonin production late at night. 3. Avoid caffeinated drinks atleast 6 hours before bed 4. Try get exercise atleast 4 times a week. Hope that helps keep up the good work 😊

Also avoid doing any other activities in bed such as going on your phone or watching tv. We are associative human beings and if we aren’t sleeping we start to connect our bed with restlessness which is obviously something you want to fix. Get a good sleep hygiene which means sleeping in a cool environment which is comfortable, and dark, free of noise. And if you are struggling to fall asleep just get out of bed until you’re tired again. This will reconnect your association of bed and sleep. Obviously this is a lot to do but well worth considering in the long run. It will for sure improve your game.

And finally haha, avoid taking naps 6 hours before bed. It will rob you of all your natural melatonin bank making it much harder to fall asleep at night. If you are napping limit yourself to 20 mins maximum

To fix your sleep schedule i usually do hella exercise and weather that be jogging, pushups, pullups whatever anyways that tires me sooo much i get really tired and i go too bed at the time i want too and it usually fixs it

Hey, I know I'm a day late, but here to comment on the sleep thing. As both a psychologist and someone who also personally struggles with my sleep schedule (Seriously, I used to go to bed at 6 am most nights) the biggest change you can make is to make sure you have some form of light hitting you in the morning. Our minds are built to respond to sunlight in the morning as a sign to wake up for the day. Depriving yourself of that light is what makes your body capable of sleeping for way longer than it should. If there are no windows in your room that face the east, the next best thing is to get yourself an alarm clock that shines light in your room, instead of blaring with sounds and noises. Its a much gentler way to wake up, and you will wake up much more naturally, and more refreshed. Hope this helps!

Sleep schedule is 100% mentality and strength. If you want to wake up earlier, wake tf up. Doesn’t matter if you’re tired. And then, surprise surprise don’t have a nap in the middle of the day. You’re not a baby. Have some self control

Mate, if your sleepcycle is f'd, try getting a (better) blue light filter for your devices or think about computerglasses. It might help.

a muscle relaxer like magnesium can stop u from tossing and turning and can help u stay asleep if u have issues with that

Hey Ryley, If decks allowed you to have one single card in cycle at all times and to play it as many times as you wanted, which card would you want? For example, you'd have your 8 regular cards and then 1 card always in cycle on the side that doesn't mess with the rotation.

Bro, as far as your sleep schedule, working out regularly really helps with making your sleep schedule more consistent. Also, lights out, no phone, no electronics once it’s bed time. 👍

I feel a back to back #1 from Ryleezy. Also a really good tip for resetting your sleep cycle is getting sunlight in your eyes as early as possible. Also avoid blue light screens late at night, use a blue light filter if using screens at night. Helped me! Good luck!

Ryley to fix your sleep schedule, take 2 melatonin and stretch before you want to go to bed. Like extend your legs and arms as much as you can for 5 seconds and you’ll feel cozy and will get more sleepy

Ryley, I had sleep issues my whole life. Melatonin helped a little but I would feel terrible the next day. The two things that helped me was Wim Hof breathing method to relax and mostly magnesium. Magnesium absolutely changed my whole life would highly recommend it.

I had extreme insomnia and my job starts at 6am so I went through a year or so of feeling terrible. What you have to do is set an alarm to wake you up early every morning, no matter what time you go to sleep. If you go to bed at 3am you get up at 7 am and don't take a nap. You'll be tired for that day but eventually your body will get into a routine.

don’t worry about when you fall asleep, all that matters is you wake up at a consistent time. if you need to “reset” your sleep, incrementally increase by about an hour or so each day until you reach your desired bed time and awake time. don’t use melatonin because it’ll just make you sleep heavier and usually longer, other than that seriously try to limit food and drink an hour before bed and if you HAVE to use devices an hour before bed, make sure they’re set on night mode (orange tinted) blue light is your worst enemy for good sleep.

When I wanted to change my sleep schedule I would just hop in bed early and wait till I sleep cuz its all about laying early in bed lights off no phone or nothing and just waiting till u fall asleep. It's boring but worked for me. Hope it will help luv ur vids ❤

Get ambien and black out curtains for your window. Stuff works wonders to fix your sleep schedule. Aircrew for 6 years and it’s by far the best way to get onto a new sleep schedule.

Ryley i have a method of fixing my sleep schedule that has been equally messed up at times. What you need to do is stay up as long as you can, aim for about 1 hour later than your usual bedtime each day. It will be hard and require some willpower but do it. After a few days, your regular sleep time will be wherever you want it to be. Remember, just 1 hour later per day, if you try and do it all in one go, youll feel groggy still.

Riley you have to stay up through when u usually fall asleep till when you want to be falling asleep. The best way to fix it is to not sleep at all anytime you stay up longer than u should. Your body will eventually learn to get tired around the same time everyday

If you want to fix your sleep schedule i suggest doing more irl events or going for morning walks, if you do those, particularly morning walks, it will make your brain realize that you like woke up and offset how much you used your phone the night before. Also try not using black out shades and wake up with the sun.

usually to fix my sleep schedule i wake up at like 10pm or whatever and stay up all day till like 6pm~ before i sleep, i drank 1 celsius energy drink at like 10-11am and thats enough to stay up as long as ur walking around and doing stuff and not sitting down cuz that'll make you too tired. Then when you wake up it might be 3-4am but then it'll just gradually get better like 3-4, next day 4-5, etc till you're on a good schedule again
