Checking my dividends from both brokerage accounts. Total dividends from both accounts is $107,647. Plus another $4500 from a muni bond fund for a total of $112,147 or $9345 a month. 26% is from non etf sources mostly stock dividends and money markets and T-bills. I'm dreading tax time as most of the dividends are new this year. Most of covered Call ETFs are Yield Max or Defiance and a few have lost quite a bit of NAV. The dividends usually balance the losses but one gets no tax advantage from CC etfs decline while one must pay taxes on the dividends.

Clark County Library has Morningstar and Value Line available and it is easy to get a library card even if you're not from Nevada!

While I did nothing this past week, the portfolio saw a 6.5% jump this week thanks to TSLA, AMD, AVGO, and PLTR. I plan to sell my position in GMRE after they pay out their dividend this week.

What about EPR(epr properties), LTC (ltc properties), APLE (apple hospitality), KEY (key corp) , USB (us bancorp) and HBAN (huntington). Im from Portugal. I started investing last month and im starting from 0. I just invested 300 eur and im thinking on investing 25 eur every week. I like your stuff ryne 👍🏼😍 thanks for sharing your knowledge. @@rynewilliams thanks for the response 👍🏼 this companies i saw in other channels, EPR, LTC and APLE are monthly dy. And USB and HBAN are similar to banks. All of them have nice percentage of dy. But this stocks is just to take some profit and then sell while im taking some divindends.

@ryne Williams I was out sick with my fiancé, but this week I purchased my 700th share of SCHD in my brokerage and crossed the $1k in dividends earned mark in my Roth.
