A small advice. Sauteing powdered spices in oil is a must to bring out it's flavour. If it's whole spices, then you can dry roast it and then grind it. Saute spices in a bit of oil and then add garlic,ginger and onions to it and saute them. Then you can add rest of the ingredients. I am indian. So I make curry frequently.
@THEWAYSHEM0VES
@THEWAYSHEM0VES 3 жыл бұрын
Lol "I'm Indian, I make curry's frequently" you do know that a Japanese curry tastes nothing like Indian currys at all, right? That's why it's prepared differently. Not every dish needs this strong flavour of roasted spices.

We had a little accident yesterday and it was sure one of the reasons he was afraid of going to bed. So I took him in my arm we sat on a good chair and I just pop your videos. They have helped me when I was at the faculty, wenn I was alone. So I hop it will calm my baby and myself to go bed. And he loved so much when you put Oignon and things in the wok that he applause each time. It was so cute, so pure. Thank you so much. He is now sleeping like and angel. I looked twice whether it's an Indian you tube channel. Because we so much use these spices or masalas to make a curry... Suppose fish curry, or in any type of curry we mostly use coriander cumin powder ginger garlic chilli powder and turmeric. Yes we add tomatoes though. Well this recipe looks super tasty and have never tasted lotus root ever. Would like to try someday.
