@@kaiq8479 you see Ryuko Part 5 thumbnail in my Playlist that's the same tower in the picture inside that tower when you enter and then go below that tower from the inside there is old men waiting for key at the gate

@@kaiq8479 in part 5 you skip video to the number 15:56 and you will see temple at first and inside that temple you should go below to the last under it you see old men standing in front of door telling about this door and says this door needs a key and after you open the door then you will reach the Ministry Town. It's been nearly 2 months now last I played this game and as long I remember under that temple that key I used for that door
