Simple benchmark for people wondering what performance they can expect with the following computer specifications while playing The Elder Scrolls Online.
Little stutter around the 1:15 mark was very minor, i had 3 chrome tabs open, and other processes in the background along with OBS and MSI afterburner.
Full PC Specs:
Ryzen 5 3600
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
16GB (2x8GB) G.skill 3200Mhz 16CL
500 Crucial ssd
EVGA GTX 1660 SUPER 6GB SC ULTRA GAMING
EVGA 550w 80+ Gold

I've same specs excep for the processor which i've the old version (Ryzen 5 1600x with a noctua NH am4 edition) i thought it was only me what while most of the time it maintains 80-99 fps those drops from 99 to 60 and 50 in some trials makes me thing that the rig may not be able to run it on ultra, but it's only because of habits.. i mean if you drop from 60 to 50 or 40 fps you don't notice a huge frezz, instead while jumping from 99 to 50.. i makes me nervous... anyway, ty for posting! i see now it's not my rig hehe though i should upgrade from 1600x to 3600x as soon as possible..

If you make another video, or can you post the settint at some point. I'm planning on buying the 3600 and looking to swtich platforms. I have a i5-6600K

blake112x the ryzen 3600 is a big switch, you’ll see a lot of improvements! I highly recommend it. But I’m not sure what you mean by posting the settings, what settings?

Youssef Abbas I guess he means what Video setting you’re using in game. Is the view distance at maximum for example?

dSCHUMI oh all settings are on max for the most part except for view distance and the two other things that are next to that settings I have then toned down a bit so I can get a constant 144fps,

dSCHUMI I have 100fps cap in this video but I found a way to cap it at 144 (thought I’d add)

Jake G I managed to bring it up to 144 now! My settings aren’t fully to the max, but for the most part, they are. Like some tender distance and like distance particles viewing settings aren’t all the way tuned up. But you don’t need to have those to the max. Other than that everything is maxed out
