Requested Video. Disclaimer, I suck.
the specs are not set to EPIC, forgot to show them in the video. but they're on costum, view distance epic, and the rest on high and shadows on medium. and basically everything else is on max for the most part. you're gonna wanna tweak down settings to get a good ratio between quality and performance. otherwise the game runs amazingly. no lag whatsoever.

Had a few ripped out from under me also. But after refreshing every ten minutes I got lucky to snatch a 1660. Worst time to build a pc everything is in such high demand

Absolutely the worst time to build a pc, as far as I’m concerned, you did get a gpu tho which is IMO the hardest part to come by! And thanks lol I had to say it before someone else pointed it out :) goodluck with your build, a 1660 is solid!

For a first time pc it’s a perfect set up, it’s right In the middle between a budget and high end pc! It has excellent performance for a somewhat affordable cost. I would definitely recommend. You can also stream and record or edit easily with this machine!

Bro, be sure to have a 500gb ssd and a 1tb hdd to run Fortnite at its best I recommend a 600w psu but a 500w one is a good option and spend on a good motherboard like the gigabyte b450M ds3h and at last just use a 16 ram over 3000 MHz that are all my recommendations

i made one with almost those specs, but 3d resolution and fov are at max. go check it out! if you put 3d resolution down more youll get even more fps.

no worries! yes the stock cooler should serve you just fine. but id still recommend buying an after market one. just because it can get toasty. but high temps are normal and acceptable on ryzen cpus. also if your room (or wherever you store your pc) has cold air, thats a big plus. id prioritize investing in an AC if you live somewhere hot!

Chxy nope, storage has no effect on fps :) but I would definitely get more storage eventually, 500gbs runs out quick these days! Also, don’t fill it up completely, always leave around 15% of remaining storage so your pc doesn’t get slow! So basically, your maximum storage doesn’t affect your fps but if your CURRENT storage might! (Current; what you have as storage USED, 450 out of 500gbs for example)

john wickk for most games yes but don’t expect to hit 165+FPS on triple A games at max settings . You can high or medium-high settings and hit 144 or close which is perfect for competitive games! I play at 165hz.

IMMA USE A a320m AND MY RYZEN 3200G FOR THIS THATS WHAT I HAVE SOO FAR UTHINK I CAN RUN KEEP 200FPS GOOD OR 144 EASY

I’m not sure, probably on the lowest settings yes! I would try and get a better cpu and invest in a dedicated graphics card but I understand it can be expensive, so maybe look into into a 3400g. Still unsure how well AMD APUs hold up. Try a ryzen 3100 paired with an rx570 or 580, or even on the used market you can find people selling GTX 1060s for cheap!! That would run a lot better than a 3200g! I would suggest not styling for too little, especially for higher frames at decent settings and resolution!

@@destroyertae2746 the 1060 isn’t an rtx card, if you’re on a budget the budget the GTX 1060 6GB can serve you well. You can deff hit 144 FPS on lower settings. I would deff suggest going for a better cpu than the 3200g. Make sure you do some research before you buy stuff and plan ahead, you should go on this subreddit r/buildapc and ask someone to put a list together for you for your needs. That way you won’t overspend but you also won’t get the wrong stuff.
