Masala Kitchen Me Aaj Ban Rahe Hai Aata Bread jo Aapko Bahot Pasand Aayega.

Ingredients:-
* Wheat Flour (गेंहू का आटा ) 2 cup
* powdered sugar (पिसी चीनी ) 2 tsp
* Salt (नमक ) - as per taste
* Baking powder (बेकिंग पाउडर ) 1/2 tsp
* Baking soda (बेकिंग सोडा ) 1/2 tsp
* Eno (ईनो ) 2
* Milk (दूध ) 250 g
* Lemon juice (निम्बू का रस ) 1/2 tbsp
* Curd (दही ) 1/2 cup
* Refined oil (रिफाइंड आयल ) 2 tbsp
* Cumin (जीर ) 1/2 tsp
* Fennel (सौंफ ) 1/2 tsp
* Asafoetida (हींग ) - 2 pinch
* Dry whole coriander (सूखी साबुत धनिया) 1 tsp
* Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर ) 1 tsp
* Red chilly (लाल मिर्च ) - 1 tsp
* Potato (आलू ) - 2 medium size
* Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर ) - 1 tsp
* Chat masala (चाट मसाला ) - 1 tsp
* Roasted cumin powder (भुना जीरा पाउडर ) - 1 tsp
* Garam Masala (गरम मसाला ) - 1/4 tsp
* Green coriander (हरा धनिया ) - for garnishing

Vah mam aapne to kamal kar diya jaisa me chahti thi vaisa aapne bread bana diya, bina ovan, yest, maida ka, kyuki har kisike pas sab kuchh ek sath nahi hote he, or khash bat to ye k muje bahar ka khana ya kuchh bhi pasand nahi he, svachhata nahi hoti he or nuksankark chijo ka istemal jyada hota he, me to khush ho gai dekhkar, ek bat or aap k jaisa cake ka dabba na ho to kya kare? ab like to banta he mam, thanks mam
