It's great having an entertainment venue there, but that's not a scalable solution to the City's problems. The original Mid-Market plan of creating a vibrant mixed-use corridor is the real solution. But first the City has to clean up the stretch of Market Avenue from Van Ness to the Ferry Building. Parts of Mid-Market are really bad.

For BJ, JO and club drugs...for awhile until it's not hot anymore. The number of homeless parked in front of this spot on gig nights will be tremendous.

I am so tired of hearing people crying and complaining about rampant drug use in the downtown area I have been into San Francisco three times in the last week I did not see any homeless people or obvious drug users the entire time I was in the downtown area. I have worked with the unhoused mentally ill addicted population since the 1990s so it's not like I don't know them when I see them😂 I'm not quite sure why you guys are so dedicated to this doom and gloom narrative. Did you know that San Francisco has the same GDP as Portugal? Let's hear something like that eh? 🙄 I've been watching you guys my entire life over there at KPIX I used to come in and watch people are talking in the studio but you've been on the naughty step recently and I've got my eye on you😮

I lived on that block, even though this is nice getting homes for the homeless camp living there will help local businesses so much more

Last Itime I checked, the artists sand musicians were evicted a long time ago. Now they live other places. An emphasis need to put on disgusting landlords that don't even live here.

Creatives? You mean artists? No? They don't qualify as artists and have to call themselves creatives? Got it. ... why even call them creative, though? They're not creative, as in they're not origin- Because they're "creating" things, so they're creatives? ... that's stupid.

A creative is generally someone who makes commercial art for a living. An artist, on the other hand, does not have a steady income and may even depend entirely on benefactors to pay the bills. A creative does not become famous by dying, but an artist often does.
