Suji se banaein itne swaadisht balls jo itni aasaani se ban jayengey ki roz banaakar khaane ka mann karega.
Ingredients for this recipe :
खाद्य तेल - १ + २ चम्मच
हींग - १/४ + १/४ छोटा चम्मच
हरी मिर्च - २, बारीक कटी हुई
अदरक - १/२ इन्च
कढी पत्ता - ७ से ८ पत्ते + ८ से १० पत्ते
नमक - १ छोटा चम्मच
चिली फ़्लेक्स - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
सूजी (रवा) - १ कप
राई (सरसों) - १ छोटा चम्मच
जीरा - १ छोटा चम्मच
तिल - १ चम्मच
नारियल का चूरा - २ चम्मच
सांबार मसाला - १ चम्मच
लाल मिर्च - २, साबुत
धनिया के पत्ते (कटे हुए)

Edible Oil - 1 + 2 table spoon
Asafoetida - ¼ + ¼ tsp
Green Chilli - 2, finely chopped
Ginger - ½ inch
Curry leaf - 7 to 8 leaves + 8 to 10 leaves
Salt - 1 tsp
Chilli flakes - ½ tsp
Semolina - 1 cup
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Sesame seeds - 1 table spoon
Desiccated Coconut - 2 table spoon
Sambar Masala - 1 table spoon
Red Chilli - 2, whole
Coriander leaves (chopped)
