Hi everyone! Welcome back to झटपट रेसिपी @JhatpatRecipess . Today, I'm excited to share with you a simple and delicious recipe for Sabudana Vada. This crispy and flavorful snack is perfect for fasting days or just when you want something tasty to munch on.
*Ingredients:*
- 1 cup sabudana (tapioca pearls)
- 2 boiled potatoes, mashed
- 1/2 cup crushed peanuts
- 2-3 green chilies, chopped
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- A handful of fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
*Step-by-Step Instructions:*
1. Rinse and soak the sabudana in water for 4-6 hours or overnight until they soften.
2. Drain the sabudana and mix it with mashed potatoes, crushed peanuts, green chilies, cumin seeds, lemon juice, coriander leaves, and salt.
3. Shape the mixture into small round vadas.
4. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the vadas until they are golden and crispy.
5. Serve hot with green chutney or yogurt.
