My face used to look dull. But later I achieved glowing skin, free from pimples and dark spots, by doing these things. -: 1. Drinking water at least 3 to 4 liters per day. 2. Adding carrots or carrot juice into my daily diet. 3. Adding Littlextra Ricebery face wash into my daily skincare routine. It contains black rice water, which has been shown to provide 10 times more skin benefits than ordinary white rice water. 4. Going to the gym and sweating like anything. 5. Steaming my face or whole body once every 15 days.

1.Use dove soap for bathing. 2.Don't wash your face many times in a day. 3.Wake up early in the morning and exercise or gym daily, and drink atleast one bottle of water during exercise or gym. 4 .If you want use face wash then use according to your skin nature. 5 .whenever you use towel that time always clean face or body smoothly.

Madam Nice information. My age is 29+,female.I suffer from dry face skin in every winter but in summer it is somewhat oily. Irrespective of my busy classes, I am trying to balance it from food, water etc. Till now I haven't taken that much skin care. Only I used normal creams. Im also suffering from dry skin but now after few weeks im feel better , no more dry skin in winter and no itching only because of my healthy diet ,,, and in past i only think that dry skin is comon think and body lotion is a only solution .. but i was so wrong ,, now i know the root cause why im suffering from veryy dry skin … its becz i drink too much tea and coffee and unhealthy product .. now im more active on my diet . And stop drinking tea and coffee .. if anyone is still suffering from dryness im suggest u to finds your root cause ,, and just dont use expencive lotion .. take care of your food diet #eathealthy
