•Red chilly powder(spicy) -3/4 tblspn
•Pepper powder -1/2tspn
•Turmeric powder -1/2tspn
•Cardamom -4(crushed)
•Cinnamon powder -1/2tspn
•Salt - as needed
•Powdered sugar -1tblspn
•Sunflower oil - 1.5 -2tblspn
•Ginger paste -1/2tblspn
•Garlic paste -1/2tblspn
•Lemon juice -1/2lemon if big
•Butter -for brushing while grilling
