For everyone asking why they can hear the piano but not see it, if you watch at the very end the drummer picks up an ipod and stops it, so we can assume the keys are on a backing track.

There is a recognizable electric piano hit on here that is not made by the guitar. They have an electric piano on the record, but it is done by a session player. Since this is done in Seattle, the guy would not travel with them. Either it is a prerecorded part, or they went old school and had a guy behind the curtain, so it would not confuse fans as to who was in the band.
