Ingredients for Soan Papdi :
Maida -750 Grams
Gram flour - 250 Grams
Oil - 250 ml
Ghee - 1kg
Venigar - half cup
Turmeric powder (1tbsp)
Water 1/2 litre
Sugar 2 kg
Cardamom powder (1tbsp)
Almond
