Please do a program on the significance of heart rate. The reason is that while exercising, we consider heart rate as a key indicator of increasing or reducing the efforts. We need to clearly understand how to use such indicator in our benefit and actually do they have any significant in monitoring the risks.

तला भोजन, धुम्रपान, बसायुकत चीजे कम खाना, पसीना जरूर आना, जयादा से ज्यादा सरसों के तेल का सेवन करना, आमदनी का आधा हिस्सा खर्च करना, छत्तीस का आकडा ना लगाना, सब जिम्मेदारी खुद ना लेना, इतयादि बातें हैं🙏🙏

Sudden and pointed pain is never a sign of heart attack. If the pain is distributed and continuous with heaviness in chest and tiredness, it's sure related with heart/angina.

भारत मे रिसर्च की जरूरत होती है शरीर की गंभीर बीमारियों को सरल किया जाए कितने लोग का जीवन खतरे में होता है मरीज का पूरा जीवन बीमारी में चला जाता है धन भी गया बीमारी वही की वही परिवार चिंता भविष्य क्या है मरीज का जिंदगी भर बिस्तर मे पड़ा रहे जिंदगी भर मेडिसन खाए जो एक परिवार का सदस्य जिससे घर परिवार चलता वह बिम्मर हो जाए तो कौन परिवार का खर्च चलाएगा । मेडिसन की एक समय सीमा तय हो मरीज की जिंदगी मेडिसन से नही चलती है जड़ से रोग खत्म सर्जरी कोई भी हो उसकी गारंटी भी ही सर्जरी सक्सेस हो मशीन नही इसके पुर्जे बदलते रहे शरीर मे क्या रहेगा
