ingredients:-
1.200 gm chicken
5-6 tbsp oil
3 onion
8-10 curry leaves
1 spoon cumin seeds
1 spoon coriander seeds
1/2 tsp aniseed
2 green cardamom
1 black cardamom
2-3 cloves
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
4 red chilli whole
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
salt to taste
1 tbsp black pepper whole
chop green chilli
chop coriander
