ഇപ്പറഞ്ഞത് പോലെയുള്ള അശ്ലീല ചിന്ത എനിക്കും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നച്ചോ വളരെ യേറെ വിഷമിച്ചിരുന്നു സമാധാനത്തിനു വേണ്ടി തിരുഹൃ ദയ രൂപത്തിന് മുൻപിൽ കരഞ്ഞു മാപ്പു ചോദിക്കുമായിരുന്നു.. നന്ദി അച്ചാ എനിക്ക് സമാധാനം ആയി. ദൈവമേ നന്ദി.

എനിക്കും ഇതുപോലുള്ള ചിന്തകൾ വരാറുണ്ടായിരുന്നു. ഞാൻ പാപിയാണല്ലോ എന്നോർത്ത് ഒരുപാട് വിഷമിച്ചിരുന്നു. അച്ചന്റെ ഈ talk കേട്ടപ്പോൾ തന്നെ ഇത് പിശാചിന്റെ ഉപദ്രവം ആണെന്ന് മനസ്സിലായത്. ഇപ്പോ എനിക്ക് വിടുതൽ കിട്ടി. ദൈവമേ നന്ദി... ഈശോയെ നന്ദി....

എനിക്കും ഇതുപോലെ ചിന്ത ഉണ്ടായിട്ടുണ്ട്, നന്മ നിറഞ്ഞ മറിയം ചൊല്ലുമ്പോ മനസിലെ മറ്റൊരു പകുതി ഇടക്ക് കേറി സംസാരിക്കും നാവിലല്ല (മനസ്സിൽ കേൾക്കുന്ന സൗണ്ട് ). പക്ഷെ ഞാൻ എതിർക്കും തടയാൻ പ്രാർത്ഥന താത്കാലികമായി നിർത്തേണ്ടി വരുന്നു.

അച്ഛാ എനിക്കും പ്രാർത്ഥിക്കുമ്പോൾ ചിലപ്പോൾ ഇങ്ങനെ തോന്നാറുണ്ട്. വളരെ നന്ദി ഉണ്ട്. എനിക്ക് ഒത്തിരി വിഷമം തോന്നാറുണ്ട്. പേടിയും തോന്നും. ഉടനെ ഈശോയോട് sorry പറയും.

father പറഞ്ഞത് സത്യമാണ് എനിക്ക് യേശുവിന്റെയും മാതാവിന്റെയും രൂപത്തിലോ ചിത്രത്തിലോ നോക്കുമ്പോൾ അശ്ലീല ചിന്തകൾ വരാറുണ്ട്.. അത് കൊണ്ട് യേശുവിന്റെയും മാതാവിന്റെയും രൂപത്തിലോ ചിത്രത്താലോ എനിക്ക് നോക്കാൻ പേടിയാ.. ഇങ്ങനെ ഉള്ള ചിന്തകൾ മൂലം എനിക്ക് പ്രാർത്ഥിക്കുമ്പോൾ ഭയങ്കര തടസ്സവും ,വിഷമവും അനുഭവപ്പെടുന്നു. അങ്ങനെ ഉള്ള ചിന്തകൾ വരുമ്പോൾ ഇപ്പോൾ ഞാൻ എന്താണ് ചെയ്യുന്നത് എന്ന് വെച്ചാൽ ചിന്ത വരുമ്പോൾ അപ്പോൾ തന്നെ യേശുവേ സ്ത്രോം യേശുവേ നന്ദി എന്ന് പറയും. അതിന് ശേഷം കണ്ണ് അടച്ച് ഞാൻ ഒരു തുണി എടുത്ത് യേശുവിന്റെ തിരുരക്തത്തിൽ മുക്കി ആ തുണി കൊണ്ട് എന്റെ അശ്ലീല ചിന്തകളെ മായിച്ചു കളയുന്നതായി ഭാവനയിൽ കാണും. അങ്ങനെ കുറെ നാളായി യേശുവിന്റെ തിരുരക്തത്തിൽ മുക്കിയ തുണി കൊണ്ട് എന്റെ ചിന്തകളെ കഴുകി വൃത്തിയാക്കുന്നത് ഭാവനയിൽ കണ്ടത് കൊണ്ട് ഇപ്പോൾ അങ്ങനെ ഉള്ള ചിന്തകൾ വരുമ്പോൾ വിഷമം തോന്നാറില്ല.. ഇത് എല്ലാവരും ചെയ്തു നോക്കുക .ഉറങ്ങാൻ കിടന്നതിന് ശേഷം കണ്ണ് പൂട്ടി ഒരു വെള്ള തുണി എടുത്ത് യേശുവിന്റെ തിരുരക്തത്തിൽ മുക്കി ആ തുണി കൊണ്ട് നിങ്ങളുടെ ചിന്തകളെ കഴുകി വൃത്തിയാക്കുന്നതായി ഭാവനയിൽ കാണുക. അങ്ങനെ ഒരു 21 ദിവസം ഭാവന കാണുകയാണ് എങ്കിൽ നിങ്ങളുടെ തലയ്ക്ക് ഒരു സുഖം അനുഭവപ്പെടുകയും നിങ്ങളുടെ നെഗറ്റീവ് ചിന്തകൾ കുറഞ്ഞ് വരുന്നതായും നിങ്ങൾക്ക് അനുഭപ്പെടും, പിന്നീട് നെഗറ്റീവ് ചിന്തകൾ വന്നാലും ആ ചിന്തകൾ നമ്മെ ഭയപ്പെടുത്തുകയോ ,നിരാശരാകുകയോ ഇല്ലാ..യേശുവേ സ്ത്രോം യേശുവേ നന്ദി

ഒരു പ്രശ്നത്തിനും സ്വയം ചികിത്സാ നല്ലതല്ല, ഒരാൾക്ക് ഫലിച്ച മരുന്ന് മറ്റൊരാൾക്കു ഫലിക്കണം എന്നുമില്ല. എപ്പോഴും ആത്മീയ വളർച്ചയുള്ള ഒരാളുടെ guidance എടുത്തുവേണം ഓരോ കാര്യങ്ങളും ചെയ്യുവാൻ.

വേണ്ടാത്ത ഫിലിം കാണരുത് .. ചിന്തകൾ തെറ്റല്ല .. തെറ്റായ ചിന്തകൾ താലോലിക്കുന്നതാണ് പാപം .. ദൈവം അറിയാതെ ഒന്നും നടക്കില്ല .. ഈ പരീക്ഷ കഴിഞ്ഞു വരുമ്പോൾ വളരെ ശക്തനാകും .

Addictions are not demonic. Temptation is 'normal activity' of Satan.

I m not a priest...in my opinion...addiction is very generic term to be used...certainly addictions are of many types...if your addiction is harmful to you and if your addiction is not gloryfying God then it is demonic as its binding us to something which we are incapable off detaching ourself ...Pray well and you will be saved..its my understanding...

As a rule of thumb, all evil things comes from evil spirits(demons). I would say, at addiction, one already reached possession stage. If you can (demons unlikely will let the prey escape!), prayers and fasting works, so is confessional blessing.

From Amazon... But it's costly, if you buy the digital copy from Google books... Then it will cost only less. But from Sophia books website its Malayalam translation is available at less than ₹200
