Tried it today without frying. I roasted it on tawa with very little oil. Turned out to be AMAZING. Everyone said it tasted like mutton. I also used besan instead of maida

I made it Today & The recipe was Brilliant! A few suggestions for first timers: - Don't run the blender on high speed & if possible add chunks separately to the spice mix. Running on high speed will result in a Puree like consistency which would be really unaesthetic & difficult to handle. - When Sir said to keep the oil on low flame, make sure to implement it 100%. If the oil is even medium, the kebabs will be uncooked from inside & your efforts will go in vain. 'Keep the Flame at Lowest Possible.' - Add the binder in large amounts. Don't be afraid of 'excessing' the same as it won't affect your kebabs rather would improve the consistency, appeal & Taste of final cooked meal.

Really useful tips....One thing is that can we add Wet Whole Yellow Gram Lentil ( and then grind in grinder as soy chunks ) in place of Powdered Yellow Gram Flour for binding purpose.
