Ingredients:
Soya chunks - 1 cup (Soaked and squeezed)
Green chilli -4-5
Ginger - 4 inch
Onion - 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
Coriander leaves -1/4 cup
Bay leaves - 2
Red chilli - 2
Cinnamon stick- 2 inch
Green cardamom - 2
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Cumin powder -1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Tomato paste - 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves
Cooking oil

सोया का कोप्ता आज पहली बार बनते हुए देखा है सोयाबीन की सब्जी तो बहुत खाए हैं मगर आज उसी सोयाबीन से सोया कोप्ता बना है और पूरा विश्वास है कि खाने में बहुत स्वादिष्ट भी होगा इस रेस्पी के लिए आप को बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद 🙏
