Mr. Worman is the very reason why collectible Mopars are amongst the most valuable cars from the muscle era. Ford AND Chevrolet needs the gurus to keep.up with what the talented giys at graveyard cars offer. I most admire the dedication and love and talent this crew. shows in the complete restoration and accuracy in even the slightest details. Thanks guys.... These cars belong in a museum after these beautiful complete and accurate restoredcars are done. But..... We all know these cars are meant to be driven

my latest build is 320hp (at crank) at 2800 pounds for a power to weight at .114 hp per pound, the superbird 375hp (at crank) at 3960 pounds is .09 hp per pound. 2016 hellcat 707hp (at crank) at 4450 pound is .16 hp per pound

I had a 2014 SXT 6 cyl base Challenger. I was totally impressed l think it was like 300 hp? WHATEVER..... I was quite pleased it would pull away from 130 mph and still get great gas mileage.

You have to remember, all "HP" ratings are not equal. In 1970, it was *gross* hp with the engine not even in a car, no accesories often including water pump and no exhaust system, and the manufacturer would most times test a selection of engines of the same type and use the best rating they could get. Then they went to *net* hp in 1971 which was in the car, powering accesories. Today we use *brake* HP wihich is the engine installed and under load. A car with "only" 260 BHP is comparable to many small V8s of the classic muslce car era and your "300 hp" is approching the range of many 440s from back in the day. Don't get confused with "HP" ratings.

hey will, a 318 is a bullet proof engine!!! did you ever drive a car with a 318? b body or an e body or a pick up with a 318? this little engine is really a peppy little engine!! its not my 440 road runner but seriously a 318 actually runs very strong. if your going to be a mopar tech, know your engines a little better !!!!!!!!!!

Not bad for a classic Charger, unlike the Chargers these days weighing the same as a challenger freaking 4500lbs, the 69 charger weighs almost like a new 2020 GT500 or a ZL1 Camaro

Yeah that Hellcat is impressive BUT Go and Run it up against a New Mustang Shelby GT 500 THEY are both Fast Awesome Beautiful Car's l myself Love the Old School Car's better the 68, 69, and 70 ROADRUNNERS!!! Sorry to say but the Shelby will beat the Hellcat not by much but it will.

To Will Scott: I worked 14 years on an auto assembly line, and have earned a high respect for Women. Women filled all the jobs in WW2 that won us the war. I have seen women work harder and faster than Men on the assembly line.

THERE IS NO WAY TO COMPARE THOSE 2 CARS ITS LIKE APPLES AND ORANGES THE HELL CAT WOULD OUT CLASS THAT DdAYTONA IN EVERY ASPECT COMFORT TOP END 1/4 MILE BRAKES A/C WHICH DAYTONA DIDNT HAVE, NOT EVEN CLOSE OF COURSE THE DAYTONA IS A WAY BAD CAR, EVEN THOUGH THEY SOLD POORLY NEW WAY AHEAD OF THIER TIME SUPER OUT OF THIS WORLD BUT COMPABLE TO A HELL CAT COME ON.
