I love it when young guys say lets go wheelin with out any tools on them. A wench is a good start but you have to know how to use it and you need shackels and straps

Ohhhh yeah.....that was one greasy mess BUT Matt used logic,reason and science to get that jeep unstuck...as usual!!!!! Lol....that was pretty awesome!!!

I broke through some gumbo with a dump truck in a sandpit off Bulls Bay Highway (Marietta Sand). What a booger that was. They had to bring a big excavator around to pull me out. Once that clay grabs ahold of you it creates a suction that is really hard to break.

We thought about leaving the tree removal out because tree huggers get upset Or people from out west that have very strict policies about plant life Those are not the same here stuff grow like weeds here

Correct They assume a winch will pull what the rating is With zero knowledge about working load limits on the line Amp draw and duty cycle of the winch in relation to capacity to load

Hi Matt, do you think that a couple of spades (the youngsters hanging around could have gotton some exercise!) could have helped to clear the mud (clay) in front of the 2 front wheels and perhaps eased the strain on the winch and the rest of the recovery equipment?

No that pit was bottomless pretty much once it got wet If they dug it out It would have just sunk more It slid out on its skid plates like a boat

So you were doing 4:1 pull with offset anchors and 4? Rings , correct ? If had done Spanish Burton 4:1 with offset anchors would have needed only 2 rings , correct ??

Oh ill get a winch and then I can go anywhere . Anyone can go buy a winch and install ? The problem is they never learn to protect ,maintain and use it to its full advantage . If they did this video would not exist . Thank god for the fools or we would never make any rescue money .
