I can relate to Carole being bullied about not working. I have steadily worked since I was young, two jobs most of the time, plus exercise, clean the house, I was always always always doing something for 30 years. I haven't worked for 5 months, and I have never been asked by so many people what I am going to do, and given job hunting tips like I am a teenager who needs a kick in the ass. I totally understand Carole taking a break to figure things out, especially if she can afford it.

Honestly I completely understand the way Carole handled the situation i’ve had manipulative friends before and dealing with them is overwhelming they think you’ll feel bad if they act like a victim and get emotional but it, not knowing that this behavior will only push me away from them.
