The gunplay in CS seems harder. The fact that I can’t just let off my movement key to shoot accurate throws me off. The abilities in val make it insane sometimes though so I can’t really say whats better overall.

Recoil in CS is easy to control while in Valo it's impossible with most guns because it's rng based. I legit came back after a 4-5 years break from cs, went into a faceit lvl 9 lobby and dropped 40. With 0 warmup. The game is far easier than valo and people that say otherwise haven't played vs high ranked valo players who can use util properly. Also the players seem better in valo than in cs. Most cs players are clueless (from my experience) while you can play in low immortal in valo and people will be comming better than lvl 8-9 faceit players

The game is braindead easy because whether you kill a guy is always up to you, peekers advantage in cs is 10x worse than valorant so you can swing like a monkey and win 99% of your fights and cs players are bad so beating them is easy.

nah maybe m0nesy though, he picks apart every little detail about cs and practices every mechanic extensively and I'd assume he'd do the same to any other game. never see s1mple do the movement or goofy tactics the way m0nesy does. that doesn't mean s1mple is a worse player in cs, but in something like apex or mortal kombat m0nesy would be much better

His understanding of cs is proof that he would do well in other games. A pro from one game can go pro in anyother game they like. Its all about the mentality

@@AliHassan-ki2fq I've played 3 games at the highest rank cs being one of them and based off what I experienced the skills of one game don't translate enough to make you a top player on another. I've gotten top rank players to try other games but the games were too far different from what they were use to for them to reach a similar level. the majority of pred apex players wouldn't be able to reach lvl 10 on csgo and vice versa. s1mple could be great at most games but definitely not one of the best. m0nesy is the type of player I could see be a top player at every game, being great at every mechanic. m0nesy is known at the bug master for a reason, while also having some of the best movement out of pros while s1mple has some of the worst. s1mple is one of my favorite players so I'm not saying this because I dislike him or anything

for an avg person it doesnt take long to adjust to abilities, Mechanical skills tho that's a whole other ball game, and csgo is pure mechanics, that's why valorant has so many players, its way easier in that u can make up for ur lack of mechanical sklls with ur abilities, u cant do that in csgo, its just pure raw skill in csgo.

But that also means you got ult to access site for basically free/free kills. And valorant utils are not that hard to use. Smokes and flashes are the most simplest mechanics in valorant while cs u have to line and time everything to smoke one specific spot. Almost all the best pro players were mid or ass at cs.

Was GE years ago, faceit lvl8 1870; played valo cause friends went there, played cs2 cause its new and one thing I realize after coming back is how stupidly huge the headshot hitbox is, one taps don't take any skill, you just aim above the head and you'll still get a headshot for free because the hitbox are way larger than the character model. Running and gunning in cs2 is stupidly broken, the amount of times I've just let go of a bullet with the ak/deag without counter strafing and gotten a headshot while still moving in just a week of cs2 is absurd

And I've played with my friends who are Ascendant 3 and consistently carried them with little to no map knowledge and zero understanding of abilities so I played kayo and was just point and shoot.
