I feel bad for cadian. Even tho there were opinions to sign other players, he refused it all because he was so comfortable with his team. Then stavn and jabbi blew it big time.

I'm doubting that Swanni is not fit to be coach they won their first tournament with xtqzz system with lurking gaining map control setting up to trade kills and leave g2 with equal players to the opponent or man advantages , I would hope that they either bring malek back or get robban and have swanni back to analyst again because I don't see that the system that he laid out to be working other than winning map streak and couples of t1 tournament they didn't win a major. g2 strong suit was map control and trading because their players have the ability to. now there's none to be seen it's just stars in a team not a team with stars and players individual mistakes are popping up more often now. they might be relying on their aim too much i doubt if jks was here he' could have saved them the strategies are not good rn.

To an extent, but you just can't get rid of NiKo the same way NAVI can't get rid of s1mple or Liquid couldn't let go of EliGE for the longest time. These are your franchise players. Guys like kennyS, GeT_RiGhT, olofmeister, etc. Either they suck for years straight, retire, or the team self-implodes before anyone gets rid of them willingly, no matter what might be wrong with them. s1mple is notoriously toxic for example but he is just way too good that surrounding him with even a subpar team will solidify you as a Tier 1 team. EliGE was struggling since Online all the way until he landed on Complexity and was a borderline liability, but Liquid still hesitated that long because he is the player that made Liquid what it is, their best player by far in the organization's history and the player that defines both the image and playstyle of the team. Even on FaZe, NiKo clearly had problems when he tried to force his influence onto the IGL role, but they couldn't just let him go because he was, for all intents and purposes, the face of FaZe CS. TL,DR; No matter how imperfect these types of players are, they are irreplaceable.
