Hi Both, Thanks for sharing your wealth of knowledge each week. Jack has recently spoken about the increased cost of lending associated with working with family offices and the resultant increase GDV you will need to pursue to make this viable. • How do you gear up to deliver at this scale in terms of capacity? • Does your current development strategy map onto the larger GDV/scale projects i.e adding and creating value in existing buildings or would this change? • Finally do family offices release funds on a project by project basis once an investment amount is agreed or is deployment of capital entrusted to XP property? Keep up the great work and excited to follow your growth
