An easier way to find regens is going to the leagues specifically where the retired player last played and after finding a new player check their birthday it always has to be the same as the retired player (this is exactly what I noticed and what I use)

If you go to the edit players tab it will bring up the players on a teams roster and when you click on the player it should pop up at the bottom

@@gggaming6883there's actually a glitch where you can afford players for practically free (apart from their wages) if i remember correctly you have to negotiate with the team you want the player from, offer them a really really bad player of yours and any amount of money ofc they first reject it and maybe make a counter offer but you just have to repeat the first step they'll say that they have to think about it and after a few days they'll come back and accept the offer

Messi's Regen had that high rating cuz Messi's prime was in his early Barcelona seasons

Nope. Its because he's a cf, and cf regens are glitched and spawn at full potential. Has been this way for a while, but EA are just too lazy to fix it. Has nothing to do with Barcelona, as regens are only based on their potential in eafc 24, nothing else.

1. To confirm that you found a regen - check the birthday trough edit players 2. If you can not find a regen - it might be a pre-gen = game generated this regen earlier than the player retired.

BTW if you customise the player you can check the date of birth which will be the same as the player that retired
