I know a few signings that you could do with this career mode Amar Dedić, 73 rated 20 yr old who can play on both sides of the back and goes up +1 if made a RWB or LWB, but he can also play RM without downgrades. He grows insanely fast, I’ve used him in nearly every save I’ve done and he’s gotten over 80+ within his first season. Lucas Beraldo and Bisseck, both can be loaned and are 75 rated, but Beraldo is 19 while Bisseck is 22. Both are great CB options to sign and grow quickly Sergio Gomez, 22 yrs old and plays LB but goes up +2 if he is converted to CM, CDM, CAM, L/RW and L/RM, as well as +1 if turned into a LWB/RWB or a CF He can also be loaned in

PCQ : You should sign Wilfried Gnonto because personally i think he fits the counter attack style of football you are going for with his pace and solid shooting

Adam Hlozek could be a great striker already proven himself at Bayern Leverkusen as a backup striker but if given a chance at a club like Ipswich he could prove himself to be the man for the job

You should sign Merlin Röhl from Freiburg. He's a 20 yo 73 rated CAM, 6 foot 4, has good potential and could fit really well into the Ipswich team. He could also play CF as well which could solve the Hirst problem.

gift orban is a good option for a striker that fits your theme of youth talents. but if you want the perfect counter attack striker, sign levi garcia. he is 6'0 foot tall, 88 acceleration 89 pace 87 strength 95 jumping 81 finishing 83 dribbling. he is a bit older at 25, but he is perfect for your style of play.

Ivan Tonery - Englishman with experience in the Premier League and lower leagues, excellent finishing, excellent in penalty kicks, physically strong with good pace.

My choice would be Evan Ferguson because he has premier league experience, He has 84 potential which would do nicely if you want to build a young team and he is only worth 10 million. Other options I'd consider is are people like Balogun, Henrique Araújo, and Zirkzee, (You will have to do a swap for those 3) Great video Sid :)

Evan Ferguson is a great signing for that striker position Sid. He's 74 rated at 18 years old and has great potential as a youngster. He has decent pace and insane finishing. You could get him for around 13m which is way under your budget, so you could improve other positions in your team.

vitor roque would be an excellent option, barça wants him out, he fits the budget and has a lot of room to grow (plus, if you also sell some of the older players, you could end up saving some money for the youth academy or some quality backups)

PCQ: Sign Bojan Miovski for that ST spot he's doing wonders in the cinch League hes scored 20+ season last season and has almost 35G/A this season (27 of them were goals) he's a great player with amazing shooting, good pace, and an amazing all round player. He's getting much attention from clubs like Manchester United, Leverkusen, etc. And he's such a cheap option, for the 22 year old talent. Although he doesn't receive the ball much his goal tally is impressive. and seriously consider him as an immediate starter over Hirst.

Adam wharton from Palace is an amazing midfielder for the future and he can play box to box too

I think with the 30M you have - Putting all one striker is the best move for now. However u will need a better defender later. So get someone like : 1)Nelson Welper FC Mainz He has really good pace 2) Ronaldo - I got him for around 22M in career mode .
