ET is right about the negativity in our thought patterns. It is based on our evolutionary development as a species. We are naturally constructed to look for signs of danger as a survival technique. We have conditioned ourselves as a society to adopt those senses to non-survival choices. This is why everyone is SO polarized about everything. Just because something is not your "favorite", doesn't me you should "hate" it. Example: I like chocolate ice cream WAY MORE than vanilla ice cream, but that shouldn't mean that I say "vanilla ice cream is disgusting." when I see it. This is the crux of our challenge as a species.

I think I have a lots of thoughts every hour too! So true about not judging too much too...
