I was lost for words because I prayed to God that I needed something… I am the Joseph for my family and I’ve been the guy that was tip toeing because I cared about what people thought… I’ve been filling you guys for about 10 years .. the most important thing that has happened to me in those 10 years is that the messages and the podcast has changed the way I think.. Therefore as a man thinketh FIRST.. which means God used you guys as a vessel to Renew the minds of the people. Flew in from DC to Texas and landed at 11’ish. Drove to Oklahoma ‘cuz my son wanted his mommy and we wanted to make sure he saw us first thing when he woke up. Listened to most of the podcast on the way to Oklahoma. The last part, I caught while I was showering at 3 in the morning. Dr. Thomas didn’t get what felt like the first sentence of the ending prayer out good and I almost bust my rear about to jump and shout (Pentecostal). You that’s reading this, don’t go back to your routine like these gentlemen didn’t just pour into you. Yes, they were absolutely talking to you. Now take the information with you everyday and apply it somewhere. Don’t stop! This was not just for me. I want you to know you are not alone. Amen 🙏🏾

Sounds like a disc bulge Karl, CJ is right sometimes theres a previous activity that irritates it (twisting, lifting something heavy). However look at your chair at work could be too low, or maybe you sayt too long and that compression led to that morning pain. PS- When you sleep the discs increase in size and when you try to stand in the AM gravity and load associated with it can causea that pain- either way feel better afind a Physical therapist, theyll be able to help you.
