Came here after watching your interview with Abena Bugatti and you mentioned this song. This song has always been one of my favs from the legend Daddy Lumba growing up in Ghana in the 80s/90s. Those of us abroad are really suffering all for the sake of our families back home. I hope those in Ghana can appreciate the sacrifices we are going through. Cold, loneliness, culture shocks, discrimination, sickness, and so many things I can not list. But you captured it beautifully with your break down.
