يرى منصور وأصدقاءه لصان يحاولان سرقة منطاد، فيقوموا بمحاولة مطاردتهم على دراجاتهم ولكن دون جدوى، إلا أن يستعينوا بالمنجنيق فيتمكن عبيد من الهبوط على المنطاد وثقبه بقلمه، فيتشبث بالمنطاد للحفاظ على حياته بينما يفقد اللصوص السيطرة على المنطاد الذي يبدأ بالتهاوي. كيف سيتمكن منصور وأصدقائه من إنقاذ عبيد وتقديم اللصوص للعدالة؟
