Abhijeet Dhere sings a popular qawwali 'Sadagi Toh Hamaari Zara Dekhiye' as a part of Sukhan, originally sung and composed by Qawwali Maestro Ustaad Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan.
SUKHAN - A Mehfil of Urdu Literature & Sufi Music.
Compiled & Directed by Om Bhutkar,
Produced by Wide Wings Media.
Sukhan is a 3 hours long performance (mehfil) with a short interval, enriched by the plethora of compositions of Urdu literature, Hindustani Classical music and Sufi music. A performance enriched by gems like Urdu story telling (Daastaan-goi), recitation of Ghazals and Nazms, recitation of Urdu prose, musical rendition of Ghazals and Qawwalis.

1. Who told you I hate urdu i said that being maharashtrian I am proud that our fellow maharashtrian are getting recognition in urdu throughout india. 2.The people of Maharashtra are not forcing marathi, we just want to make sure that if you are living in Maharashtra for years you should respect the native language which is marathi, like the people of Tamilnadu and Kerala does And those who think try to force language are mostly unaware people. 3.what made you raise a question about me not being indian. I am still not getting it. And mostly I specifically mentioned maharashtrian roots of "Sukhan" Because you might not know that the Wali Gujrati(Wali Dakhani) was the first urdu poet who gave gazals a new height that no North indian urdu poet of that time can give was basically from Aurangabad Maharashtra . But when discussed about dakhani urdu people only think about hyderabad not Maharashtra. Also to bring to your notice that the Rekhta community is founded by person who is maharashtrian and I am happy to see urdu getting it's important again in tha dakhan(Maharashtra)

I remember watching this performance Live at the 98th Maharashtra Natya Sammelan in Kalidas Natugruha, Mulund. The Program started at 1 AM post Midnight with a Housefull of Audience and people sitting on the Floors. I myself sat on the Steps and trust me the Live Performance Experience was Euphoric. A big fan of SUKHAN ❤️

Watched this performance live on last Sunday … can’t express in words how the experience was … energetic soulful even at 12:00am ❤❤❤ though this is to be last performance in sukhan show but it is definitely not the least … Sukhan Show itself has set standards high to others 😅😅😅❤❤❤ such an amazing n mesmerising show Sukhan is !!! ❤❤❤
