We Used
25 kg Mustard leaves
10 kg Spinach Leaves
5 kg Methi Leaves(fenugreek)
2 kg Bathua Leaves
1 kg coriander leaves
For Tadka We Used onions,garlic,ginger,tomato green chilli,and ghee

ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਵਧੀਆ ਤੇ ਸਾਫ਼ ਸੁਥਰੇ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਖਾਣਾ ਤਿਆਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਮਾਤਾ ਜੀ ਅਤੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਚੜ੍ਹਦੀ ਕਲਾ ਚ ਰੱਖੇ।

My Dad wanted me to see India with him, but he didn't think I'd like the places he ate at on the road; he was so wrong, I would have loved it. I begged him to take me when he and a friend from Himal Pradesh started a hydroelectric company. Then my Dad got sick and couldn't fly any longer and he passed away 5 years later. I wish he'd have given me a chance, but he thought because I sas used to fine dining when we went out, I'd feel awkward. He couldn't have been more wrong. I just realized that I've been following this channel for about 6 years or more. How time flies. Granny stays the same. 🥰

The Right way to harvest the Saag, and cooked as our Mother & Grand Mother were cooked and the loafs made method of maize 🌽 flour is water mouth. Now the present age and use of machines in this recipe is not ignore-able to save time. Love you all from Mianwali Pakistan 🇵🇰

That's exactly how it used to be in childhood so fresh straight off the fields into cooking eating it cannot get more healthy than this😊 mustard greens have most important folic acids along with iron and micronutrients and corns value everybody knows them comes yummy homemade butters good fats why would then Punjabi health not be so robust and same goes for intellect, good fats marbling your brains and as fuels😊
