And truthfully with as much that sn individual faces to possibly lose in a civil case, it shouldn't even be called civil because there is nothing civil about forcing one to stand trial at a hearing where they can't even gain any representation unless they are capable of affording one that would actually be willing to represent them as the defendant . But the plaintiff has nothing what so ever to lose because they are just given free council from an organization that basically receives federal funding to support victims of domestic abuse and other charges where there is violence or abuse to be taking place. Which I can also say from that in which I have even found out from several other individuals, one in that which was my own brother. A man that tries to get a PFA order placed on a female can't do it with out physical proof of abuse. My brother tried to get one on his ex because she threatened to shoot him. Wasn't enough, but two weeks later she had one placed on him for just word of mouth and no proof. And once he was forced to leave his own house, that's when she decided to move out and thus being able to take what ever she wanted which was really crazy because she even took the tub from the bathroom, all the appliances and even done over $20,000.00 in damages to the house. And all which has later been reported on and supposedly was going to be tried or held accountable for. And it's been over a year and so far not even a word or piece we of mail has been sent to my brother over this. But yet she was still able to get that order to go into full effect after the hearing and he did have a paid attorney. And still didn't beat it. Just word of mouth, hers against his. So there's a definite injustice going on because there's been many others who I have found out that has experienced the same exact opposition where their word was hindered from the very beginning and had no equally biased hearing where they wasn't automatically assumed to be quilty and really needing a lot of any kind of proof just to be able to bring it down below to that balance in which it is actually supposed to be starting from at the beginning of the trial. But those who are appointed to be hearing officers at least in this county this is what gets done involving civil cases of PFA orders. Is that the judge will appoint hearing officers to be hearing these cases. And those that are allowed by federal law to be appointed as such are Esquires, AKA, Attorneys, Lawyers, Legal Councilor, ect. What ever it is that they go by, basically a licensed and working attorney that has passed the bar can be appointed to being a step in judge or hearing officer for such cases that are in classification of civil cases. Like I said there's nothing civil hear. Because those for which are chosen to be appointed could even quite possibly be attorneys that will only take on cases where they are representing of the plaintiff and may have never been representing of any defendants. And is definitely an option for those who are able to have afford starting their own practices or know of a practice that they are able to easily get into without having to start at the bottom in taking the cases that are given to them to be working their way to the top where they then are given more in that which is profitable and more in that which they can chose whether or not the take a case on. But I know what it is to be standing in that spot without any council and feel exactly like I'm being tried and questioned by two opposing counsels that already see me in being guilty right from the start. And it's only been much in that which I've gathered most from your channeled messages that I have been able to put two and two together. And believe I've finally found out that underlying truth to what was really going on. And it's all an elaborate scam that involves the judge and some lawyers and this organization that is funded by the federal government for the work that they only specialize in helping victims of violence and abuse gain that protection and free council to stand in their place and fight for them. And last that I had seen this organization had somewhere around 15 different attorneys working in this organization which is a local organization, but doesn't really mean that they only practice in this county or even neighboring counties. This much I can't really say, cause i don't know that truth. But what I feel to be true is that any of those who they represent in this county could very possibly be in secretive partnership with the judge and those attorneys that are choose to be appointed hearing officers that hear as such cases which they would be in hearing the cases this organization takes on and represents as the victims and plaintiff of such civil cases. Which would be secretly arranging a deal with these other court officials to be giving them the win in any of those which they decide to bring through the courts. Which will be that in what they are basically awarded by federal funds to be representing at no charge to the victims. But if the case is lost because it wasn't seen as they being the victims, they don't receive those funds for any of those cases that aren't ruled in their favor and would only be because it wasn't seen that they were victims. And with every case that gets pushed through those that are in on seeing it happen are cut into that margin that they are profiting from. And yeah I don't have proof to that. And only God knows what goes on with any individuals who are secretly scamming people or government funding. And could even be corrupting all the way to the federal government level where at least one federal official in charge of distribution of such funds could also be very possibly tied in with this secret partnership that literally takes on cases that are not worthy and even seen to be bullshit right from the start. But tells them that they will represent them and they don't have to do much of anything but answer what is asked and let them do the rest and there won't be any problems with them not winning the case. And then just push every case that they can get whether it be true that they are representing real victims or just those who are trying to make their boyfriends pay for not giving them their own way. And all in all they can be winning every single case that they punch through this bringing in a larger percentage of those federal funds that are put aside for such cases in which has been established for this and other areas in which it is seen that aid is needed for supporting certain citizens that aren't capable of affording what ever it may be considered the rights of citizens to be receiving the helpful aid of the federal government which uses a percentage of the money that's brought in on taxes and was set up this way for supporting citizens that are for what ever reasons not able to provide themselves do to the cost or even certain reasons why they were placed in situations of not being able to earn such funds for what ever. But what ever it is that does receive from this area of the federal government must be established in that which has went into becoming selected for one. And in order to be getting it again for following years, it must also be capable of showing that they are having enough of individuals for whom they are actually capable of reaching to be helping them out in what ever ways it was seen and established. Because if it be that there isn't a large enough percent of citizens it's reaching, they'll simply drop them and choose another from the waiting list that could be more capable of receiving and distributing in what ever way it would be in helping those citizens in gaining what they can't afford on their own. And see theres so much of this that is actually done from using a percentage of those taxes that many citizens don't even know or realize. So it can be so easily capable of scamming such areas because it may not even be known for how some of these organizations are capable of providing what they do. Which is easier for others to also cast a blind eye to as well because they are figuring that it could go with out ever being seen, so they participate especially when it's looking like there's individuals that has every single level covered and will be a sure thing and divided amongst those whom are in on seeing it go all the way to the top without any for seen problems that it wouldn't go through or stands a chance of getting caught. And all I know is I've been seeing every one of your readings and usually end up watching 4-5-even 6 or more videos every day that you place out here. Cause you are on the ball in producing many each day, and I'm always catching them because of how much it has been that I've been guided here and can understand why because a lot of it is right up my alley. So if it be that you are seeing the numbers drop, it's not because I haven't been able to view. And if anything God isn't allowing for your videos to not be seen by those that were intended to be seeing. I've been noticing a lot as well. Seems like the more that I'm finding out to being the underlying truth to those many injustices that had taken place and had more than just my intuition telling me that the courts and or judge was some how one way or another in on it all or was being paid off to over look my innocents in the matter. But other than my intuition that was speaking loudly that which I also had that pretty much told me that something wasn't right about all this wasn't of anything of a higher knowing like my intuition and was more of that of just common sense and basic knowledge. And was still easily seen through out the several different happenings that had taken place and all had ended up landing me in that of receiving judgements being placed on me for nothing more than just the word of mouth from my accuser which was actually the ER abuser my ex the narcissist. There was never once ever being any physical proof of any abuse that had many times before even been calling on the police to come to the house where it was said that I was physically beating on her. And somewhere around 7 times that this had taken place I was not taken into any custody and only asked if I had a place I could go for the night. And if said yes I could go I to my parents. I was free to go because never once was there any indication of physical abuse taken place as was reported and quickly to be arriving. And only finding that the individual whom had made the call to be intoxicated, the individual whom to be call was made on as being the abuser was found to be sober and not drinking and also to be very surprised when finding out to hat that the cops where called and for what reasoning. Which that may had only been for maybe the first three times it happened, after awhile it didn't quite come as a surprise like it had the first few times. But as a man who was being accused of that in beating on a woman. Even with there not being so much as a mark on either ones body or any thing within the house that would be appearing to be in any disarray from that of an altercation. And not even showing signs that could also suggest so kind of altercations like a person being short of breath, sweating, or even nervousness from the facts that the authorities was there questioning me, or even that which can appear to be a nervousness and body tremors that many times also comes from altercations such as adrenaline rush. But with everything that was not there to be seen as indication that I was in any way guilty of that which was being said I had just recently done and was quickly responding to. I could sense that even though they had nothing to go on in proof they still was some how doubting me in being totally innocent. And there were even two times that were of those later of the seven that had even come to being that she was getting nasty with the cops like telling them how they should do their job and how they wasn't worth shit because they wasn't doing what they get paid to do. And even after telling her that she needed to calm down and stop with the nasty comments or they was going to place her under arrest she even said you can't do that. They said oh but yes we can. And said something about her intoxication, lude conduct, and insulting a police officer. And if she wanted to find out just what it is that she didn't believe they could do to just keep it up and she would be finding out and after first spending the night sobering up in a jail cell. And all they ever got from me was that respectfulness in cooperation and being calm and sober. And what has eventually taken place was one time towards the end of those seven it was being said to both of us that this was becoming a nuisance of them having to respond to calls of domestic violence only to be constantly finding nothing what so ever indicating that had taken place and only to be finding an intoxicated individual whom was the same individual who called it in. And they wasn't going to keep doing this. And if it happened again and there is still no proof of such incidents taken place that they would just haul both of us in and let us think about it while spending a night in the tank. And I had nothing to say in reply to that, unlike her where she had gotten lippy and saying you can't do that to me. And it was said I'll h yes but I can. And I could right now if you would like to find out. But basically these events and how it had all ked up to this point is where basically it had come into being to that a time had come into that where they was called and there really wasn't anything that they was going to do in making me leave because at that time I was literally moved in and working a new job that I had gotten so that I could help her catch up on her bills that where all behind. And everything that I was owning and needing to take with me to work was all right there. And basically they couldn't make me leave unless she was to be fearing that I would harm her and she could have an emergency protection from abuse orders placed on me which are that time they could force me to leave and I wouldn't be allowed to come there for any reasons until after a hearing would be held and determining if such order be placed on me where it would continue to be that I couldn't come anywhere around there. But if it be found that it wasn't grounds for placing that order on me after that hearing that I would be permitted to return back and for that which could possibly be in just getting all my belongings. And that was just one of the three times that such orders where placed and I had to attend hearings, and that particular one I ended up not being able to make the hearing because of some other shit where she had made other reports stating I text her and they waited till the night before the hearing to pick me up so I couldn't make the hearing and in that case it is automatically awarded to the plaintiff that the PFA order be placed on individual thus also making that defendant liable for the payment in all that was figured in filing and court costs ect, and amounting at almost $500.00 Never the less out of those three times that I had to appear for such hearings and even violation hearings where I ended up spending 3 months in jail and because I was even being snuck into her house while PFA order was still in effect. And when it would come to me just not doing what was expected of me is when she would go in turning me in for violating the order. And not one thing would go in being done to her as some kind of punishment such as even just a fine for that which she had done in basically calling me, talking to me and talking me into believing she was sorry and was wanting to drop the order and wanted me to come there and be with her. And even had picked me up from the hospital parking lot where I would park my car or bike and then sneek me into her house.
