I totally agree with you on friendship - TRUE friends can be counted on your fingers. When I lost my husband to sudden death in 2006 ( we were visiting Delhi on a work trip) - my 2 closest college friends from my Bombay days, flew over to Delhi and stayed with me till such time I was ready to fly home to London. Till date they have been by my side through thick and thin - 40 years and counting. I have a textile Lifestyle brand and named it after the area they live 'NAPEANSEA'

Try gluten tolerance test. It can be one of the many causes of bloating (unless it's from IVF procedure). We Indians don't realize this. My aunt suffered from bloating whole life and realized that she was intolerant to Gluten at the age of 60. Her daughters did the test after that and found same for themselves.

Take jeera ajwain and saunf in equal quantities. Dry roast it. Grind it. Store it. After lunch and dinner take one tablespoon of the powder mix it with luke warm water and drink. Try for 7 days. I can guarantee you that you will feel better.
