Where it is written commissioner of Oaths - they will sign it at the police station. They will also fill out all the details at the bottom

Where it is written commissioner of oaths they will sign. At the bottom they will have to write their full names, designation (they should sign). Last is the street address of the police station

Commissioner of OATHS can be any person of my choice or it must be filled at police Station .. i did download the form

It is those with the commissioner of Oaths stamp....preferably the Police station. I know some lawyers have as well, but police station should be easier

1. Yes, you can buy monthly, there’s an option of recurring. 2. Hey. I've never traded before but got the easy equities via capitec. I'm still struggling to find it on the app. I've searched SAB, zenzele kabili, AB berv. How do I find them on easy equity and may you kindly email me the affidavit form. Thanks

Hi Funeka, you have to send EE an email with your certified ID and affidavit for BEE assessment. Once you get approved, you will start seeing it

I sent mine on a Friday and by Monday it was approved

There is a document on their website that you need to fill and take it to the police station for a stamp. You then scan it and email it with your certified ID
