I just want to give my suggestion for Riza...she should really need to improve her diet not for loosing weight or something but to stay healthy internally, I mean there should be a proper intake of every nutrition especially protein and fibres ...the way her hair looks it clearly gives a picture of no nutrition in her body. I was in the same phase where I use to eat very Lil and that too random stuffs and it did affected my health a lot I lost my hairs so much but the day I have improved my diet I am in a very good state now.

MashaAllah, Good to see Rehan taking responsibilities, the way he took care of saba in that ride and made her calm.... such a caring brother MashaAllah And at station also he made sure that every one entered in the train and and last he moved in.
